sunny (1 review) December 23, 2010I have been eating sushi for many years now and have tried it all over the world, this place had some awesome sushi. My family members who came in to visit, that have lived all over the world, and I mean literally the world thought it was just delicious. Not sure what the other whiners are talking about, prolly didn’t know what to order. You need to know your sushi when you are at a restaraunt that has such a wide variety to choose from. Big cities have nothing to do with good sushi. As a matter of fact, Chicago, Minneapolis, and New York had some of the worst sushi i have ever had. Even had food poisoning. Bonsai food was fresh, and the waiters were very pleasant. We sat at the sushi bar and watched him prepare it fresh. For a small town I think it was great, and everybody I take there has been impressed!! OH and the atmosphere is very cozy!!
Emilia A. 10/5/2010My new favorite sushi/japanese restaurant in the area! They have a fantastic sushi special Mon-Wed. Service was fantasic. The interior is decorated nicely however the location (in the dollar tree shopping cntr) is not too appealing. I will most certainly return.
Kaushal M. 3/1/2010This place has a great interior and wonderful serving staff. I ate my first veggie sushi over here. It tasted great and its presentation was great too. The cook/chef who brought it out to serve us also explained what all was in the sushi in great detail when I asked him.
This is a nice place for vegetarian Japanese Sushi and meal. I forgot to mention. The food is not at all expensive.
